Production and Collecting is a family event
The process of estimation being compact our Rakija production is based upon previous predictions of various factors that affect the weather conditions (freezing days during the spring, sunny days mixed with rain during the summer, number of sunny days, insolation, etc.).
This means that we estimate the final number of our bottles for each year according to expected fruit picking.
This approach may indeed limit our production, but, on the other hand, it offers stability, predictability, and the best quality control, because our policy is a pursuit of authentic, clean, and original products.
At the very start of each year, we define the desirable amount considering these parameters. The quantity of Rakija is already determined so each bottle is numerate in order to enable control of our limited edition.
We achieve this by respecting our basic rule to produce only the number of goods we obliged ourselves at the very beginning.
We always put quality before quantity.

Always keep in mind that small bottles of 5 cl. can prove this perception:
– Quite a small volume to be an Elixir, and
– Quite enough to provide Pleasure.
Pleasure is an Elixir only when it isn’t taken for granted.
